The Effects of Transformational Leadership on Empowerment and Organizational Effectiveness in Nursing Organization of Medium and Small Size Hospital

Abstract
This study was designed to explore relationship among transformational leadership, empowerment, job satisfaction, and customer orientation of care service organization working at small medium size hospital. The main purpose of this study is to obtain an organizational effectiveness in order to offer better nursing service through reasonable human resource management. This study has some important implications and they are as follows. Firstly, sub factors of transformational leadership were empirically turned out to divided into three factors such as charisma, individual consideration, inspirational motivation, intelligent stimulus and impact. Secondary, sub factor of empowerment of social welfare organization comprise three factors such as self-decision, ability and impact. Thirdly, positive relationships were found among transformational leadership, empowerment, job satisfaction and customer orientation except for relationship between transformational leadership vs. customer orientation and empowerment vs customer orientation, and that assist result of previous studies. This study has some limitations in relative to specific survey region and classification according to job diversity.
